Konferencija Lietuvoje

2023 m. vasario 15d. siekiant pristatyti visus projekte sukurtus rezultatus ir keletą veiklų atlikti kartu su dalyviais buvo suorganizuota konferencija Kaune, į kurią susirinko 74 dalyviai. Renginio metu Kauno Juozo Grušo meno gimnazijos teatro mokytojas, aktorius Mindaugas Gargasas pravedė įtraukiojo ugdyo veiklas, viena jų buvo dalyvių neverbalinė komunikacija sukuriant šokį. Trakų r. savivaldybės pedagoginės psichologinės tarnybos (TPPT) psichologė Andželika Teresa Jachimovič skaitė pranešimą apie įtraukujį ugdymą ir XXIa. įgūdžius. Gimnazijos psichologė Monika Matonytė ir Trakų PPT psichologė Asta Jakonienė sukvietė visus į bendravimo klubą, kuriame nors ir sprendžiant dalykus reikalaujančius susikaupimo, skambėjo juokas. Carlotta Maria Crippa, projektą koordinuojanti tarptautiniu lygiu, dalyvius supažindimo su Moodle kurso struktūra ir glaustai pristatė jame esantį turinį. Konferenciją užbaigė Aušra Lavickienė ir Jūratė Gudžiūvienė, kurių tapybos ant šilko užsiėmimas leido dalyviams įsitraukti į kūrėjo vaidmenį ir galimybę pasigaminti unikalias skareles ant rankos, kurias dalyviai išsinešė kaip emocijų ir įspūdžių pripildytus suvenyrus.

The event was organized  for two separate groups on the 10th January. The first group consists of the education directors of Kayseri city. They are managers of national education directorate (15 attendees).  The second group consists of the teachers, principals, vice principals and CCS experts of the different towns and different schools (30 attendees).

The legal representative of the INCREA+ made an opening speech. The project researchers and technicians presented project context, aim, objectives, results, target groups, schools involved, methodological materials, curriculum activities, online training course and open e-learning programme. Then the question and answers part about results and their applications was made with the participants. Participants enjoyed to see the different activities from different countries. Teachers were very  intereted in  good practices and how adopt them in in their classes.

The event was organized to reach teachers and support teachers from diverse school grades. 88 teachers participated in the event, belonging respectively primary school teachers (15%), lower secondary school (46%), upper secondary school (42.6%) and some preschool teachers (1.4%)
The event was hosted by the University of Padova and implemented in person.  Firstly the project and the diverse intellectual outputs were presented, namely methodological materials, curriculum activities, online training course and open e-learning program. All participants were then involved in one of the activities from the InCrea activity database to help them directly experience the proposal. Two presentations from associate partners were proposed where the first to pilots were described with the aim of giving participants concrete examples of the curriculum implementation. The first example came from a community experience with primary school children showing how to develop a positive self-identity with InCrea, how to personalize the activities and assessment. The second example came from lower secondary school and highlighted the meaning of these activities to support inclusive education and participation.

The 4 hours multiplier event was organized by EuroEd and was held at the Students House of Culture. The event took the form of a conference with the specific aim of spreading information about the project activities and results. 17 local participants from Romania, mainly secondary school teachers, principals, vice principals and CCS workers were registered. By participating in the conference, the target group representatives found out more about the project activities and about the tools developed to promote inclusive education through educational artmaking in their classrooms. The teachers were mainly interested in the Moodle Course.

 

The 4 hours multiplier event in form of conference with the specific aim of spreading information about the project activities and results, was held in the EuroEd headquarter.  The target group representatives (teachers, CCS workers, etc.) found out more about the project activities and about the tools developed to promote inclusive education through educational artmaking in their classrooms. 19 local participants from Romania, mainly primary school teachers, principals,vice principals and CCS workers attended the event. Teachers were mainly interested in the Moodle Course, and the certification, they highly suggested that the certificate should include a registration number to make it more official and to include the number of training hours. 

 

The 2 hours multiplier event was organised by EuroEd and was held on ZOOM platform as a Webinar with the specific aim of spreading information about the project activities and results. Participants –  the target group representatives (teachers, CCS workers, etc.) found out more about the project activities and about the tools developed to promote inclusive education through educational artmaking in their classrooms.

Webinar had a great interest manifested in the participation, 208 persons (teachers, educators, educational experts, and special education specialists) requested to participate. 93 local participants from Romania, teachers, educators, special education specialists, art teachers, school principals, vice principals and CCS workers were registered. The participants were mainly interested in the Moodle Course, and the certification. Some of them registered on the MOODLE platform in the meeting, and asked questions regarding the registration, costs, etc. 

 

Viešinimo renginys Bulgarijoje

Multiplier event with a training session was held on 16-17 November 2022 in primary school “Elin Pelin” Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Out of the 31 teachers who had expressed interest to join the event, 25 effectively did. The event was included as a part of the school qualification agenda for 2022/2023, based on the excellent evaluation, provided by 2 representatives of this school who had joined a previous training in April 2022.  The event was organized by the headmaster and the qualifications expert of the school and took place on the school premises over 2 consecutive days. All participants received certificates. 

The participants in the event expressed great satisfaction with the results of the InCrea+ project and readiness to use its results. A number of teachers even shared that they see some of their own ideas and parts of approaches entwined in their classes as activities, which can be further expanded with the instruments provided by the project.

Within the InCrea+ project, MERAKI organised online even in cooperation with the Valencia Interantional University on 31th January 2023. Event was dedicated to disseminate and share project results with students who are studying to become teachers so that they may take advantage of the resources and results created during the InCrea project. Our voluntier Mr. Mascarós presented the InCrea+ project: the activities done, the partnership and what each partner has brought to the project, and the results reached, as well as the piloting experiences done. He focused on the results that can be used by teachers and how they can improve the environment in school through the inclusion and artistic activities.

On the 27th February 2023, MERAKI organised a second Multiplier Event  face-to-face. The event was held at the premises of CEIP La Fonteta, in c/ Cura Palanca, s/n (Valencia, Spain).  This event was hosted by both Ms. Laura Uixera, President and Project Manager in MERAKI, and Mr. Nelo Mascrós, Volunteer in MERAKI and Primary Education Teacher. 28 teachers from Primary and Secondary Education participated in the event. Voluntier Mr. Mascarós presented the InCrea+ project: the activities done, the partnership and what each partner has brought to the project, and the results reached, as well as the piloting experiences done. He focused on the results that can be used by teachers and how they can improve the environment in school through the inclusion and artistic activities.
